Well now, one of my boys works valet in Reno. He would know that was not a brake release. Of course he was the kid who rejected the 240 in favor of a 2007 WRX STI with a six speed. I was thinking of maybe installing a bomb. Max

Shouldn't the secondary latch have prevented that?  I've also had that happen when the latch was defective on a car I just bought.  Something I should have seen.
