This group provides a forum for owners and operators of diesel powered motorhomes and 5th wheel tractors to discuss mechanical issues, regulatory issues (US, Canada), ownership, insurance, campground accommodations, trip reports/suggestions, and other topics relevant to large RVs and the people who drive them.

I've got steel rectangular bar drops from my Adirondack Pavillion, 6" x 4+ x 1/4" thick.
Do you have a way to cut it? Just one? It's free as is. I'm not sure of the cost of shipping from NH.
I need a small piece of 6" X 2-1/2" X 1/4" steel plate, I'm sure someone knows where to buy a small bit of plate like this...... ? .
I'm in L.A. and will travel to pick it up and pay for it .
TIA,

Nate,
Check with these guys. They've got an LA location.
I've been to their OC location, and they had lots of pre-cut steel:

You might try searching the internet using google. This is one light read that might nudge something in the memory.
Keep on. Bill

Are your tires wearing down (smaller diameter) so the fuel consumption is getting worse?

A/C run almost constsntly, Bibor used, mixed City Highway driving, this after I installed the BOSCH rebuilt injection pump ~ the car runs great, still emits a little bit of gray/black smoke when I pull away from a dead stop .
low fuel lamp lit @ 389 miles .
410 miles, 19 gallons, I get 22 MPG, am I calculating it wrong ? .
I don't see how it can smoke less and get worse fuel economy .
