The new tumbler from Classic Center USA has been installed, and works fine and dandy. Now I have 3 MB keys that work the ignition, the doors, the trunk, and maybe the glove compartment (haven't tried it yet). At the same time, I replaced the plastic transmission shifter bushings which had cracked and disintegrated leaving me unable to start in park, only in neutral. My wife is pleased which makes me happy too. Next up? Maybe the A/C kit from Barton's local shop in MA (Bart, stop in and give us the heads up). Both cars need valve adjust, A/C work, and some nut & bolt tightening. Must be time to crawl underneath and look around. Wish I had a large tree to park under so I could be a true backyard mechanic.
