I for one, am glad to have Tom Hanson as a member of this group and appreciate his periodic reminders that the Classic Center USA is available to us.

New ones are still available and very inexpensive. Maybe you should have called me first? I'll be back in the office Monday after 9:00 AM.

Any one have one of these hanging around in a box of spares they dont needed ?
Its the manual rotary tempature control inside the car, that opens and closes the heater valve under the hood to adjust the temp of the air.

Its the control from this type of system. I have not checked to see if the driver and pass side are the same, I assume they are.

Did a bunch of searching on the web to buy a new one, no luck.

Many Thanks,
Steve

Its acutally for a gray market 84 300D. I am sure they where used 240Ds also.

Thaks to all for the leads. going to hit the junk yards. For now, its open the hood to adjust the heat.
