I think the warning is "200,000" miles or more.

This group provides a forum for owners and operators of diesel powered motorhomes and 5th wheel tractors to discuss mechanical issues, regulatory issues (US, Canada), ownership, insurance, campground accommodations, trip reports/suggestions, and other topics relevant to large RVs and the people who drive them.
I think the warning is "200,000" miles or more.

I wish I had a little more warning, as the axle clanging started out
intermittently, yet progressed to continually thumping and banging the
same trip.

Limped into Vegas and limped back to L.A. with intermittent clanging for the next 2 or 3 months trying to figure out what was up. Ran across a video showing the axle bearing going bad, problem solved. The video said that you can turn your axle around or switch left and right and get another 100,000 miles if you have the courage.
