I am removing the engine and trans from a rusted out 77 diesel 240D.
I am afraid I might scrap something that will be needed when putting the engine in a rear wheel drive van.
There is a small square black box on the drivers inside fender under the hood.
wires coming out of the box go to the glow plugs. I removed that box but wonder what do I need to remove inside the car to power that box.
Is there anything in the rear that I need to remove such as a fuel pump etc?
Obviously I know just enough about this to be dangerous as the saying goes.
What do I need to remove before I scrap the car?
