You can make casting molds out of a tube of silicone and some corn starch. Look on youtube for videos of people doing it.

or talk to david crook

what do you want to cast them in ? plaster??

or you could use resin

it's all pretty expensive for the materials

or you could MAYBE make a 2 piece plaster mold

The easiest medium would be my preference--fiberglass, rubber, plastic, latex...?
