3D cad package.  Solidworks is a great program, not cheap by any means.  Dassault(CATIA) bought them out (used to be a MA based company).

You could use an after market radio.  Just get the electrical adapter.  You should be able to get it from any installer or from ebay/amazon.....google it.  Lawrence Rhodes......
This Crutchfield adapter might work.
