Above freezing you're good to go with this Brian .

Just test to see how long the glow plugs actually cycle and let the relay run longer than the lamp suggests then do not rev. the engine until the oil pressure comes up all the way .

You'll have to find out what each car likes best for real cold starts .

How soon is the move ? .

Living in sunny So. Cal. I have not thought much about this, having used Shell Rotella 10-40 for decades. But with the move coming up to the Seattle area, I guess I should take a closer look.

Subject: [diesel_mercedes] Interior Help ?

W123 Sedan ;

The 'C' Pillar ("Sail")  inside plastic cover piece, I need to remove it on both sides to replace the rear seat belts because my Foster boys slammed the back doors on the buckles, breaking them .

I've been looking for a good set for a while now and to - day I found a crashed 1982 model, same year as my '82 240D so I took the seat belts but was unable to get the plastic trim panels off without damaging and ruining them .
