Okay, in running Windows as well so it should work. I just had the files open in a folder on one half of my screen and the email on the other, then just dragged it in.

Sounds good to me Rob ;

From whom did you buy it ? . co$t ? .

I've been perusing the various Junk Yards (I'm in Nevada right now) and so far , every car with Klima II is sans Monovalve .

I did however find a control head and wil get that later on to - day (Wed. 12/23) .

The rubber seal on my car's monovalve is quite torn, yet it still gives some heat.
I got a box in the mail today, with the monovalve repair kit et al.

This morning - I disconnected the electrical to the monovalve. Then I put the wheel on red, ran the blower on EC at low, high, and adjustable. Got great heat through all settings. Reinstalled the electrical connections.

Now I have to go back and remind myself what the monovalve is supposed to do for me.

[diesel_mercedes] Klima II Temp. Wheel ?

Does anyone know how this is supposed to work ? .

I know it's a potentiometer , what I'd like to know is : what electrical situation occurrs when the wheel is in the ' MAX ' detent positions ? .

I'm thinking MAX heat is open circuit and MAX cold is zero resistance to ensure the Monovalve remains closed....

If no one knows , no worries as in time I'll take a control head apart , test it then teach my self how to clean it for best performance .

I got it Max ;

THANK YOU VERY MUCH .

I've been swamped getting Holiday things ready , I meant to write you but have been simply passing out in the evenings .

The annual Vintage Japanese Motocycle Club of Los Angeles' Christmas Lights ride was fun , I spent most of the day tinkering on my Moto , building then installing an illuminated wreath , of course it began to rain so I was the only boob foolish enough to actually ride a Moto to this fun event......
