Help!! How have you managed to download this file? I tried copying the file last night & only got the index to copy unless I copy each chapter individually.

The aftermarket tin benders make replacement inner door bottoms for the 123. Unfortunately, the doesn't seem to be much in the way of replacement metal for the 126s.
[diesel_mercedes] New Front Door Seals
Easier than getting fingers around glow plugs, but still a pain in the neck. Seems like they make the seals with 1% too much rubber. But, I think I'm an expert now at wrestling rubber into door jambs.

While doing new motor mounts and checking fuel lines last night I noticed my------------------------------------
split boot is just about gone. I'm considering using packing tape for temp
fix. I put these on a looooong time ago. Is there any thing out there better
than a pressure fit? Lawrence Rhodes.....

The version of AcroRead on my Mac opened the files with no problems....as far as I know,
AcroRead is backward compatible with even the oldest Acrobat/PDF files. The only times
I've had problems are when the file is corrupted. If you have a PDF file you can't read, I'll
try to help, but at least the ones posted on that site seem to be ok...has the person who
posted these put them through some sort of upgrade process?

Re: [diesel_mercedes] Shameless Plug....
Nice car. My buddy's mom had the slant 6 version. I wouldn't be surprised if it was still running around. My advice about eBay is to be wary of shipping schemes, and third-party money holders. I was looking at a chevelle last December and the seller insisted on some complex & convoluted deal. Bona fide buyers won't jerk you around, they'll readily identify themselves and pay cash. good luck ps.. thanks to the poster of the link to the MB manual. --- On Thu, 2/10/11, Mark in Lakewood CO <beeser750@q.com> wrote:

Hey folks,
I'm selling the second of the "Stay-Around-Brown" cars from my fleet. Just wanted to share, though any of you are certainly free to bid:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Plymouth-Valiant-Sedan-318-V8-4-Speed-SEDAN-Very-Good-Condition-and-RARE-/170601388382?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item27b8a2995e
(The first brown car I've sold was my '77 300D, now 3-years ago. The last will be a '49 Dodge B100 Panel Truck, though I hope to return it to it's original navy blue before selling it.)
Also, as this is my first sale of ANYTHING on eBay, I'm open to any tips and warnings on the experience.
Thanks!
Mark in Lakewood, CO
