Re: [diesel_mercedes] license plate lenses/bulb holders for 126?

The bulb holders are actually built into the long molding under the trunk, and it's not available. The lenses are available.

While I've got people scouring parts boxes, anyone got a spare..

I replaced the bulbs, and one is partially melted, and not really cleaning up well..

I didn't ask Mr Hanson, but I don't see them at any of the aftermarket suppliers.

[diesel_mercedes] oil cooler line "cores" to rebuild? w126

Hey, does anyone have a set of old oil cooler lines they're willing to sell??

I want the ends-- to do have connectors brazed on.

I've gone back and forth over "OEM" vs an aftermarket solution, and have decided, long term, the ability to walk into essentially ANY hydraulic line shop, and get lines turned out far exceeds the OEM solution.

I replace radiator hoses every 5 years, so making it possible to swap these out without changing out motor mounts may be a good thing.

It's for my '84 300SD
