I've decided to rid myself of my 1987 300TD wagon. I'm getting too old
and have lost interest in restoration. I've already done a lot of
repairs but the blue interior still has to be done and it needs a new
resonator and maybe some engine work. I just had a new starter
installed and a new water pump. Tires have about 2000 miles on them,
I'd guess. Has been garaged since I got it in 1997. Has new rear wheel
bearings. Climate system is defunct. Becker radio that works. Never
wrecked. One or two small rust spots near the right rear window and
radio antenna and I mean small. White paint is so so. Driver's side
door lock needs replacing. I'm located in Point Richmond, (Richmond,
CA) near the end of the Richmond Bridge to Marin.
I'm open to reasonable offers which are over what the junk yard will
give me. I'll be getting a trade in offer next Saturday but I doubt I'd
get more than scrap value since no one knows these cars very well.
