Yes, they were dead easy to remove, and once cleaned up rarely needed more than fresh special CV Joint grease to be good to go again....
Cleaning the little buggers is always not fun ~ I just take the balls out then the rest of the joint apart and clean with old clothes rags .
I don't use chemical cleaners because you can leave residue that hinders proper lubrication .
