It is the tiny 8mm nut on the outside part of the glow plug that holds the wire on
You may have broken glow plugs in the middle if the nut closest to the block is not there.

I got the first and last nuts off but the middle two glow plugs don't have nuts....it's like an aluminum ring and I have tried using a pair of pliers without luck. Is there a trick?
