It looked fine when I sent it but doesn't show the pictures embedded like the other's posts....

Back  to the drawing board I guess .

I wanted to make a DIY how-to of this important job .

THAT'S interesting ! my Monovalve  has a thick flat washer in there too ~ I know Victor was fooling with it , maybe I should remove it and see what transpires .

I can get heat by simply unplugging the valve but I'd rather it work properly .

O.K. ;

You begin by jacking and blocking the front of the car and removing both front wheels , then you need to remove the cute little , VERY DELICATE white plastic body pass through covers . driver's side underneath : Inline image
Driver's side on top , near the power brake booster :Inline image
They're easy to remove but delicate and crispy , only the passenger side is still available new :Inline image
You have to remove the battery box to access the passenger side .
