I will confirm that my daughter flew in for Christmas from Tennessee with a head cold, that she passed it on to me before she left for Florida, and that today (10 days later), I am in reasonably good shape.

I didn't make it to the junkyard to -day although I'm still plain tuckered out .

Anyway, at hot idle the oil gauge's needle will either be steady or flicker and jitter .

If not, don't sweat it, yours prolly just aged out as Bourdon Tube devices tend to do .

This head/sinus cold thing (no fever) is beating up all across America ~ I had it for over a _month_ and SWMBO is still suffering, one of our Foster boys has it and the daughter in law is spending her entire holiday vacation abed because of it .
