I might be able to help out. I'm getting ready to put my motor in another much nicer 81 240d and I think the hinge on my old Benz is good.

Does anyone know where I can get a passenger side hood hinge for a '77 w123, 240D? Let's just say I had an issues with an ajar hood and leave it at that.
