[diesel_mercedes] Soggy In So. Cal.

It's been drizzling and raining off and on for two days in L.A. , nice weather to be driving a Mercedes W-123 Sedan or Sports Coupe .

SWMBO doesn't like me singing to the wipers time beat but at least she's
warm & feels safe in it .

Yesterday afternoon as I was adding a bit of ATF to my Diesel Sports Coupe , I watched some dufus drive into a light pole so hard the rear wheels of his SUV thing , raised up off the ground at least 12" .

It may be different elsewhere but here in La La Land (home to fruits nuts & flakes) people actually _speed_up_ in the rain in spite of it making our normally dry and oil coated roads slick like greased glass .

I don't have any idea why he put his real name as "Yahoo Member Service."
I've asked him to change it, but he has not done so.
