Yes, he's been selling these for a while now and has recently added a vapor barrier, prolly a good thing .
I bought one of these home made bottle jack testers once, it didn't work well so I bought the one made in India that's a direct copy of the original BOSCH one for $200 on E-ay, it's been fine and when I managed to break the plastic fuel resirvoir they sold me another cheaply and quickly .
Pop testing injectors should be done one a year or so .
