Nate,
My German guy here in Houston is cussin me every time I,see him for allowing my R12 system to a newer product. It barely works in this heat, even with your pencil inserts,in center dash. He says it will get no better until I go back to R12.
We can't turn back the hands of time, but Damn,if we can't try.

Is there a particular trick or special for removing the fuel strainer for a w126 chassis tank?
John
[diesel_mercedes] air in the clear fuel line from the secondary filter to the injector pump.
I have a veggie conversion that after a day of sitting gets air in the clear
top fuel line going from the banjo to the injector pump. Could return lines let
the air in here? Is the banjo bad? My other veggie conversion is tight starts
right up and doesn't do this. What am I missing?
[diesel_mercedes] Fuel strainer

Remember Tony ;
_she_ asked me to buy my first Mercedes Diesel , we still have it , the '82 240D .
My big brothers had been trying to get me to try a Diesel , _any_ Diesel since 1977 or so when one of them bought a VW Rabbit Diesel , a wretched car if ever I saw one , time has shown them to be very good but I don't want one .
Did I mention that's she's intlligent , kind and wonderful to our Foster boys ? .
Not to mention cute as a button , even after all these years .
Yes , I am one lucky son of a gun .
