FWIW :
' turning over , cranking ' and so on mean is the starter operating , not does the engine catch and run .
Knowing the difference is very important when asking for help ~
" it won't turn over " means when you turn the key to the full right you get silence or clicks , not " it goes R,R,R,R but don't start and run " .
See ? the devil really is in the details .
