It certainly looks turbo charged (that pipe across the top of the engine), plus the listing says turbo charged.
I have to wonder what chewed up the center console so much, and even more important, why has the AC control panel been pulled out and improperly reinstalled (out of alignment)? MBZ's klima systems don't have as much enthusiastic fan support as the rest of the cars. You could be buying a headache with that.
Florida is surrounded on 3 sides by salt water. Any Florida car is a risk for rust in unpleasant places. You should be looking at it carefully - NOT buying it from a distance and planning to fly down and drive it home.
