I can only say that I learned many years ago to order and carry in my car replacement plastic drain plugs because sooner or later you will snap the head off one of those when tightening or untightening them from the bottom of your radiator. Like fuel filters, they are cheap and can be replaced quickly and easily anytime you feel the urge.
