I'm a big fan of the Amsoil Diesel additive. Keeps the tank and system clean and provides the much needed lubricant that our cars require and was removed from diesel fuel some years ago. It's not anti-fungal, but, I was not given the crap-in-the-tank curse that Nate has ben ever plagued with.

I put Startron in once each year as preventive maintenance, and have never had any fungus issues. But many years ago when I first got "Mary" I did get clogged up with waxy parafin in the see through filter and had no idea why the car kept crapping out on the freeways. After that, I started the additive routine (DieselKleen, Startron) and fuel stations with good volume turn over. No fuel problems for 10-12 years.
