I only bring home 100lbs of raw chicken at a time for the dogs/cats. No commercial food for our gang! Ick.
I'm sure you are sick of crutches. But at least you are alive and getting around..somewhat. You should have really strong arms by now. When my dad had his foot amputated (thanks to the VA "forgetting" to tell him he need the same surgery on left leg as they did on right leg when he had a toe amputated decades earlier) he got really amazing forearms from the crutches.
Hang in there Max. You'll be out running all of us in no time.
