It's either dirty filters, bad fuel or both.  As someone else said, start with the filters, both of them.  Good idea to have replaced the hand pump as it can introduce air into the sistem.

 

Tomorrow is D day, 240D that is!  Hopefully, it will make it home under it's own power.
