Don't get sucked into buying a large tool assortment , just buy what you need as you go along and in time , you'll have a Journeyman's tool kit , just enough to do the job , not tons of extra tool junk to wade through every time you need a ratcheting Magneto Phillips or 22 MM
box end spanner .
I buy lots of used tools from Pawn Shops , some tools from Harbor Freight , my basic kit that's served me well over the last 40 years as a Journeyman Mechanic , is Sears Craftsman tools , not fancy but durable and that warranty is *TERRIFIC* ~ no receipts necessary nor waiting for some rolling tool truck to come by in two weeks...
If you approach it correctly , the Mercedes Automobile is a very economical vehicle to own .
