Compression starting should be covered in your manual.
If not,
depending on the which transmission you have....
Auto:
get up to 30 or so (IIRC) and put it in low......
Manual: as much speed as you can and pick the lower gear for that speed.
Remember that when your engine isn't running, the brakes won't work as
good......ask me how I know......
