They didn't wait ~ all RUG went up to over $4.00 the gallon in L.A. yesterday , in spite of the same barrel price of oil that gave us $3.70 gallon RUG last month .
But , enough of THE TRUTH , lets get back to the Proctology Report the whiners were so interested in .
