Sorry to hear about the pain you are in. You did not say, or I missed why the pain. If it is lower back related, I know what you are going through.
I would stop taking the oxycodone all together, no matter the pain level. I know because I did it. That stuff rots out your whole being, I know that because I have been rotted out by it.
I am one of those people that totally lights up to that drug and can't even tell you the pleasure it has given me; but it is a cocked gun.
The medical community was of no help to be, all they did was rotate from one prescription to another until they left me with only the choice of back surgery. That's when I went to alternative route, went to a chiropractor. After 3 months of a variety of natural treatments and manipulations and hard physical work on my part with diet and exercise I was pain free. That was 30 years ago.
I don't hold by much I see out of the medical community today, the conflicts of interest that are apparent in their work make me sick to play out.
