You can attach a turbo boost gauge to the back of the intake manifold.
The other things to check are the turbo waste gate hose, and the tube
that goes from the back of the intake manifold, to the ALDA, sitting on
top of the injector pump. If they're loose, or cracked, they maybe
sending the wrong messages to the turbo and injector pump.

Vacuum gauge. They have gauges that are set to do both, Vacuum & Boost
pressure.
