Rub the seals with a cloth soaked in Armor All.  Yeah, I know, and I don't use this stuff on vinyl, but it really helps to keep rubber from freezing to metal and painted metal surfaces and to preserve it.  If everyone with cv axle-equipped cars would rub down their cv joint boots with Armor All once a year, the cv axle rebuilding industry would be disappear....

This is for you guys in the frozen North. What do you put on the door seals? Its a very bad feeling opening your door and ripping the door seal off the door or the body. I need to re-do my Subie and the silicone spray I just used is not working. max
