Like the damnfool I am, I work way too much/long then I collapse and wait to regain some energy then repeat .
Mind you, I try to not include every little darn thing I do each time as my messages are prolly wayy too long as it is .
I'm trying to read your links and realize i need to go take a nap now =8-) .
