" component polyurethane sealers" ~ ? as in from a tube ? if so , CERTAINLY NOT ! . these bushings carry a seriously heavy load .
I'd have installed solid Polyurethane bushings if available but the original Mercedes ones lasted almost 400,000 miles so I replaced with factory parts from The M-B Classic Center , I have the part #'s set aside and will provide if I'm asked to continue this article .
Not much $ is involved , just labor and care .
