your lucky do back wheel lugs hit the brakes.I guess it will work,I no my S320 wheels have a 51 offset,so to use them on my SD will require spacers

My 83 300SD has 16 inch wheels with 225R60/16 tires. The spare is a 14 inch wheel with a 195R70/14 tire. The bigger tires seem to clear the wheel wells OK, and bolt up to the hubs. Is there a problem with this?
