Is the steering lock pin disengaged or can you not turn the key at all.
Wiggling the steering while trying to turn the key will sometimes
disengage the lock pin. If this is the problem make sure she doesn't
remove the key unless the steering wheel spokes are lined up
vertically. (Keeps the pin from engaging)
