[diesel_mercedes] Idle, Viberation Question

 

Recently we did a way over due valve adjustment, making a world of difference in preformance.
We are talking an 83 300SD, 5 cylinder. It has always had a bit of viberation at idle. But since the valve adjustment, the viberation is really high at idle. This causes me to think and wonder, how often does the injector pump need to be adjusted ? And if slightly out of adjustment, would it effect engine viberation at idle ? Bill C
