LOVE to see that kind of mileage. I can hardly wait to go on a road trip!
Although with my "Wrecking Crew" of 9 dogs and 10 cats I can't go far. (The chickens can be left for days with their automatic waterer and feeder. Hmmm, maybe if I left the eggs for a day or two one of my hens would get the clue she's supposed to be sitting on them?)

It's all because we own cars so damn reliable, that we have time left over for gardening, or, in a couple of cases, old pickup husbandry..

The female elements on this board have caused us to veer off into some pretty limp wristed areas of discussion.
Sure, we would occasionally have random talks of Hudson, Ford, Chevy or even the Metropolitan Kelvinator. And there would pop up the random RV reference or talks of solar or wind power. What's next......we are being led to conversations of tulips or rose cultivation.
Don't get me wrong, I have had an herb garden and heirloom tomatoes cultivation for years, but I would never own up to that on this board, were I not forced out of the closet.
Gentlemen, I think we should just be on guard of this creeping feminism we have seeping into this respected body.
Maybe this is an outcome of the cars we all huddle around and is testimony to their reliability that gives of licence to veer.
