WOW even in the insulated areas I can't walk barefoot in the winter! We live in the middle of a 25 acre pasture in a mobile home someone gave us for free...for a reason! I can now add taping/bedding & mudding to my skill set! We're on a hill, awesome view, but part of the house is 4' off the ground. I so want a brick/mortar house on the ground! With floors that have water running through them to heat or cool! Ahhhhh. Kevin had a friend in WA that had heated floors in his garage.
