Re: [diesel_mercedes] Re : Mazatlan

NICE!  OK so in comparison my driveway may not be so bad...I'll upload the pics in a bit, you decide!

Looks like a place in CA we used to go play in the mud.  Gee, what was that placed called???  Rhetorical question of course.  Hard to remember, that was about 30yrs ago in my drinking days.

OK I'm gonna go shoot pics of my driveway...it's been raining for days. We barely got out yesterday. The last few seconds I hold my breath until we are past the ditch! Getting in is almost as much fun.  I call it the "Dukes of Hazard" approach.  We come off of the paved farm road, secure anything like phones, drinks, glasses, mail, groceries, get in the grooves, much like a ride at an amusement park, punch it and go!!!!  Don't stop till you get to the house!  It's always a fun ride, particularly when we hit the hill!  Yeeeee Hawwwww!!!!

I'm so looking forward to getting my car back on the road..but I'm full of trepidation of our driveway.  I sure could use a 4WD!  I can only imagine how badly this thing is going to sink.  I got my Cutlass Supreme stuck for 3 days last winter! I did learn one thing...if I get stuck I just have to wait for it to get cold enough to make the ground solid.
