Nate, IMHO all you need is a Davco 234+ filter in your car, half a dozen $7 7-micron filter elements from Fastenal (good for 2000 miles apiece), an orange Home Depot 5-gallon paint bucket and matching paint strainer (basically a cheesecloth bag to catch the big stuff), and then be just a little bit picky about what oil you choose.
