Going to PAP's is addictive. You see a part that you know can cost $100 - $200, and you know you can buy it for $10 - $20, and it is like sending your wife out "shoe shopping".  No one needs 100 pairs of shoes but you have to fill up your closet with something, don't you?

Brain,

I think you're the most organized parts collector here on the list, or
at least who's sharing pics. Hey, I only have a few boxes of spare
parts; well, not counting the tranny in the corner, or the various other
things jammed here and there throughout the garage, and a few in the
trunk. (not too much in the trunk) It seems like if you have a
replacement part , the original part lasts a bit longer too, or at least
that's how my rear window regulator/motor has been. I thought it was
going out a few years ago, and have a replacement waiting. It's noisy
and skips at the top, though keeps going.
