I'd bet, Tom, he's referring to lower on the condensation tower.......easier
to make, cheaper to make. not as refined.

But, that's just my guess.

It's .50 higher here......

Per unit measure, diesel has about 30% more available energy that
gasoline. So it isn't lower quality in energy provision. So if you're
only
paying 10% more per gallon, you come out way ahead. If you're paying 30%
more, then you're about breaking even.

Is it lower quality in viscosity, color, aroma?

"Lower quality" is a pretty vague and subjective term.
