It turned out to be a big bust apart from downtown Los Angeles Friday right after work .

We'll see if they get the I-405 Fwy. open in time for rush hour to - morrow .

I took SWMBO out to run errands in the '84/85 Euro 300TD to - day , as always it lit right off and ran *perfectly* , it's amazing how silky smooth this one's engine runs .

Good thing I gave it to her as it'd make a dandy Shop Truck , right after I blacked out the side & rear windows..... .

It's too nice for that tho' .

The AC has failed yet again , I think I'll be replacing all the various AC hoses before trying to re charge it again .
