$500 less than an $830 quote?  Does it seem rational that someone would pick up a car on the outer banks where there is little chance that they will have other cars in the area to justify the mileage to pick it up for that amount of money?  I know they seem to be the cheapest guys in town, but they may not end up that way.  Did they tell you what kind of rig they use to transport the vehicles?  I'd be suspicious of any quote that far from the others.  They obviously are having second thoughts about the deal.
