Alan,
When I left my car in NC it had no vacuum leaks. It was only in the fixing of the AC that caused my leaks. I have not seen or driven the car since last August. But, I do know the leaks are bad enough that the car can't be turned off and something is interfering with the shifting of the transmission and the boost on the turbo.
I could drive it back myself with a one way ticket but I have had concerns about the car making the trip on it's own with these issues.
