[Diesel-RVs] Re: SpeeCo

Ron, your point would be well-taken if I were the type of guy who
would act condescendingly towards mechanics...and I never would act
that way.

I have actually done the same a couple times and pointed out that
there are always fittings in strange places on these chassis. I did
not provide one to the Freightliner mechanic.

For example, there is a hidden fitting on the steering column that no
normal truck chassis has and one mechanic mentioned it to me.

It's all a matter of approach and how you communicate with them.
Naturally, I could do that hidden one myself.

I also know that most mechanics will "miss" some fittings due to time
restraints. I do my own greasing now (with an air gun) but it is
hard work crawling around under the rig. For around a $100, SpeedCo
sure seems like a great deal, and that's why I shared it.
