For sealing seams the best stuff I know of is EternaBond tape. You can get
it off the internet from roofing supply houses like "Big Rock Supply" where
I got mine. They happen to be the cheapest at the time. There are others
so choose the cheapest. It will take 3, 50 foot rolls, to do a 38 foot MH
with some left over. Not sure if that will do a 40 footer or not.
