My friend that I sold my 190D to is in the process of spending around $12K on the motor(Im betting that will go up). I wished he would of consulted me more as he has more money than car sense and I think they will take advantage of him Max

This means it went 114 miles (almost entirely freeway miles with gentle throttle) after the low fuel lamp lit .Sadly, only 24.8 MPG, even when the engine was worn out and running poorly it got better fuel economy .I may have to check and change the injectors .It also appears there's a damp spot on the top of the injector pump, I need to wash it well and see ~ if so back it goes as I paid serious $ to the place in San Fransisco to have it and the injectors rebuilt .It does run like a top.
